Use of any meme created with the help of this site is the sole and full responsibility of the person using the meme, whether posting it on a blog, website or any other place, public or private. sleeQo takes no responsibility for any use or misuse of memes created or completed on the sleeQo website.

Once a user posts user-generated content on sleeQo, this content becomes the property of sleeQo, to be used in any way seen fit by employees of sleeQo. This includes but is not limited to promotion, storage, presentation, editing and deletion. The creator of the content may continue to use the content in any way s/he sees fit, but has no claim to sleeQo as to ownership of the content or to any profit that sleeQo may have as a result of exposing this content to viewers of the website.

Note: Any meme posted to sleeQo that is considered by any sleeQo employee to be of objectionable content will be immediately removed from sleeQo, including any completed memes. Any data included in these memes will not be saved and both the creator of the meme and any people who have completed the meme will have no claim toward sleeQo regarding the loss of data. By agreeing to these terms of service, you agree that any content posted to sleeQo is may be promoted, stored, presented, edited and deleted according to the discretion of any sleeQo employee.

Members of sleeQo who are found to repeatedly create objectionable content (e.g., use of excessive foul or sexually explicit language, messages promoting hate, abuse of sleeQo in order to promote commercial sites, etc.) on sleeQo may be removed and/or banned from using sleeQo at the sole discretion of sleeQo employees.
